Return Policy

Our Marketplace is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Here are the details of our return policy:

We offer a "no questions asked return and refund policy," allowing users to return products at the time of delivery if they are dissatisfied with the quality. If you're unavailable during delivery, you can raise a complaint within 24-48 hours.

To provide constructive feedback to merchants and improve our services, it's mandatory to share images of the unsatisfactory items. We may replace the returned product with a new one, or if the received products don't match your order, we'll replace them with the correct ones.

If delivery fails on the first attempt due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the customer will still be charged for the order. No refunds will be issued in such cases, and an additional delivery charge of 30 rupees will apply for re-shipping.

Cancellation:

We do not accept cancellations from consumers once an order is placed.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds. However, we will replace packets with manufacturing defects.
